A Blue Fairytale Theme for a Little Prince


For Viransh’s first birthday cake smash photoshoot, we designed a soft blue fairytale castle theme that perfectly matched his gentle personality. The dreamy balloon setup, whimsical castle backdrop, and calming blue tones came together beautifully to create a magical atmosphere.

Before bringing out the cake, Ankit and I always begin with clean, classic family portraits. These moments allow us to capture genuine connections without distractions, and they often become parents’ most cherished images.

Viransh sat confidently on his little chair, surrounded by Mum and Dad’s love. The pride and joy on their faces made these portraits incredibly special and meaningful.

Cake Smash Fun Begins 🎂


Once the cake was placed in front of Viransh, the real fun began! At first, there was curiosity, tiny fingers exploring the frosting and careful little tastes. Soon enough, that curiosity turned into excitement, giggles, and the sweetest messy smiles.

At Awesome Possum Photography, Megha and Ankit always let babies lead the session naturally. No pressure, no rushing, just pure joy, allowing your little one to enjoy their first birthday moment at their own pace.

Splash Bath Time, Always a Favourite


After the cake smash fun, we moved into the splash bath session, one of our absolute favourites! This part of the shoot adds a fun, playful ending while also cleaning up those sticky fingers.

Viransh loved the water, splashing happily and giving us the most adorable expressions. These candid moments always bring out genuine smiles and make the perfect finishing touch to a cake smash session.

A Mother’s Love in Its Purest Form


Some of the most emotional moments happen quietly in between shots. Watching Viransh’s mom cuddle and kiss him was incredibly heartwarming. This image captures a love that words simply can’t describe.
