As a photographer, every maternity photoshoot feels special, but Vaibhavi’s journey with me was truly unforgettable. It was an honour to capture Vaibhavi's maternity photoshoot. It's always a privilege to work with clients who come with such high expectations, especially when they've been recommended by a close friend. Vaibhavi and her husband have been so kind, leaving wonderful reviews on both Facebook and Google, and their trust means the world to me.


Vaibhavi and her family, including her little one, made the journey of over an hour to the photography studio. Her heart was set on outdoor shots, and she was particularly drawn to the floral backdrops and wings you've seen in my portfolio. We had a bit of a hiccup with the weather initially, which forced us to reschedule, but it was absolutely worth the wait to get the perfect outdoor session.


The Red Gown & Luxurious Floral Background

I offered Vaibhavi a complimentary red gown that became the centerpiece of her pregnancy shoot. Red is not just bold but deeply symbolic, representing strength, love, passion, and life. The fitted silhouette highlighted her beautiful baby bump, while the flowing layers and slit brought movement and style. A delicate waist belt added a glamorous touch, and the crown truly made her shine like a queen.


For the background, I curated a luxurious floral setup filled with deep reds, soft pinks, and ivory tones. The cascading flowers created a romantic and timeless atmosphere, perfectly complementing her glow. Together, the gown and backdrop radiated elegance, power, and tenderness, everything motherhood embodies.


Floral Arch & Rustic Backdrop

Vaibhavi was especially drawn to heavy floral backdrops, particularly my signature wings and arches.

  • Floral Arch with Roses: Bursting with red and pink roses, this backdrop symbolized love, fertility, and new beginnings, the perfect reflection of her maternity journey.
  • Rustic Wooden Door with Florals: Warm, earthy tones combined with floral accents gave an intimate, cozy charm. It also made for stunning couple portraits that beautifully highlighted the bond between her and her husband.



Outdoor Portrait in Peach Gown

For another look, we moved outdoors into a dreamy natural setting. The golden sunlight filtering through the trees created a soft, serene glow,  symbolizing peace, happiness, and new beginnings.

Vaibhavi wore a peach gown, chosen for its warmth and elegance. Peach represents positivity and new life, making it ideal for this stage. The off-shoulder design emphasized femininity, while the flowing fabric brought softness and grace. With her crown, she truly looked like the “queen of the moment.”

Working with Vaibhavi was an incredible experience. From her trust and excitement to her clear vision of wanting floral and outdoor images, every detail of this maternity photoshoot came together beautifully. Despite initial weather challenges, her determination and my styling created results that went beyond expectations.
