When should I book for a Maternity Shoot?

Ideally Maternity Shoot should be done between 32-36 Weeks of your Pregnancy. So You should book your Maternity Session with us when you are at 20 Weeks of Pregnancy.

When Should I book for a Newborn Session?

As soon as you know you are Pregnant ;) ..... okay that was bit too much to Ask hee hee, we ideally suggest Newborn session to be done between 5-20 days of Birth so once you are on your 32 Weeks of Pregnancy , you should tentatively book for a newborn session. We always are flexible with the date if the session is booked.

What Care or Precautions you are taking during this Pandemic?

We prioritize on Hygenie & safety of our clients & their family member all the time regardless of whatever the situation is. With recent pandemic, we have now been taking extra precautions & below are our guidelines :

- sanitizing our props & all the equipment that are used during the shoot.
- washing all the washable props & wears after the shoot.
- only taking 1 Client each day preferably outdoors shoot for a day & indoors next day.
- restrictions on family members that can come along for the shoot.
-temperature check for all family members if visiting the studio.
-wiping & sanitizing touched surface which has been in contact during the shoot.
-removing of shoes at the doorstep
-wearing gloves & mask during all the times during the shoot.
-vacuuming & sanitizing of the floors once client leaves & before next client arrives next day.
-Cancellation of shoot if client or any member is feeling unwell.
-advising clients to wear mask & gloves during the shoot or washing of hands.

My Bub Would be too young to get his/her newborn shoot done, would that be safe?

Newborn Poses are best achieved when Bub is under 20 Days. We do understand that your baby might not be Fully Immune for outside world however we keep your baby's safety as our high priority & hence we are fully vaccinated to be around our Baby or Pregnant Mums. We also have our Working with Children Check & have Business Liability Insurance.
We are registered business taking all the Precautions for our client's Safety specially our precious little Members.
All our Newborn poses are done with Safe Measures & after lots of practice & experience.

Can I extend the session on the day of?

You Definitely can, however there would be an additional Charge for that which would be Mentioned to you in the Agreement.

Will there be a second shooter?

Yes, If required we will have 2nd Shooter or an assistant for your Captures so that we can give you best shots.

Where would be my Maternity Session Locations?

Maternity Sessions will usually be held around 10-15 Kms of Point Cook area however we would be happy to Travel to your location for an additional charge of $20.00-$100.00 depending on your choice of area location from Point Cook.
Location choices will be ideally suggested as per your dress Selection & your ideas.

Where would be Newborn Session Done?

Due to Limitations of Carrying all the Props & also Lighting Conditions at Client's Place all Newborn Sessions are strictly held at our Point Cook Based Studio. We assure you the Best Comfort at our Studio while we are capturing your Little One's Moments.

What is Included in the Charges?

- Time & Talent of Photographer & Team.
- Our extensive collection of Fine Quality Maternity Gowns, Handmade Headgears & Wide range of Props for Maternity Sessions.
- Handcrafted Headgears, Outfits, Bonnets, Organic Natural Knits & Textures. Assortment of Bowls, Beds, baskets & other props for Newborn Sessions.
-Makeup & Hair Style are NOT included.

Do you offer Makeup & Hairstyle Services?

We can certainly offer makeup & hairstyle services with an additional costs or can alternatively recommend our makeup artist to organize your appointment by yourself.

How Long My Newborn Session would Last?

Between Soothing, Feeding & Preparing for shots our Newborn Sessions are quite uncertain about the timings. We are completely ok with that & completely understand if your bub needs a break & hence do not rush the session however approximate timings for each sessions are mentioned in our Package.

How Many Photographs I will get for Selection, how will i receive them?

Our Photoshoots are all about getting perfect moments captured rather than counting the clicks.
Each Session will have different number of clicks depending upon the package you have selected. Out of all the images captured we will shortlist some images & send it across to you for selection.
A Password Protected gallery will be available for you to favorite the images for editing purpose.
This will be sent to you within 2-3 days after your session. The image in the preview gallery will be watermarked & it will be solely for viewing & selection purpose & not for Download.
Once you receive the link you can favorite the images as mentioned in your package. You just have to tap on the "heart symbol" & favorite the images. If you do have any specific instructions for a photographer for Editing please mention it via email or via Text.
Once you are done with your final selection , you can either share your selection with photographer or confirm about the selection via text or messenger/email.
If you select any additional images as your favorite Image (apart from Included images in your package) we will provide you with an additional invoice once the confirmation is made from you about the selection. No Editing will begin unless the payment for Additional Invoice will be paid by Client.
Once the payment is made Editing process will begin & final Edited images will be delivered after 2-3 weeks of your selection.
The final Images will be delivered with our Logo & in High Resolution via Private Gallery which will have download Option in that. Please note that once the Images will be delivered we will not accept any Major Editing Request from Client.

What is Artistic Editing or Composite Images?

Artistic or composite Images are the images which required lots of digital/post production work in our editing software. Artistic editing mainly involves head swaps, complete change of background, adding a new image/features in original image, adding extra special effects in the image.
Composite images mostly involves head swaps, change of Backdrop, change of posture & also combining two images.

When will I receive Final Edited Images & Prints/Products?

We will deliver Final Edited images to you counting 2 Weeks from your Final Selection of Images will be done & once the Payment for additional Purchase (if Any) will be made.
Any Prints/ Products will take upto 3 Weeks from Selection Process.

What is the Album Size & Can I suggest Design for an Album?

Album size would be 20x28 CM & will include 20 Pages in Total. The Album will be designed by adding your Final Edited Portraits.
Our Album Desigining is done by our Expert Designers & they will deliver Best to you.

Do you Provide anything else than Mentioned Prints or Products in Packages?

Yes we do Provide lots of Customised Products Like Fridge Magnets, Mugs, Glass Blocks, Frames & Canvas Prints.

What Payment Methods are Accepted?

We accept Payments via Cash, Paypal or EFT Transfers.

How Do I book My Session? Can you Hold my Date Without Payment?

We Only can Lock in your Date or Booking once the payment is Made. Once the Contract is agreed upon & Booking fees are made you will be booked for your session. Remaining fees will be payable before the Photoshoot Day.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Any cancellations of shoot are not permitted. Advance money will not be refunded if cancellations are before 48 Hours of shoot. Strictly No Refund will be given if Combine Package is Purchased. Re-Scheduling can be Done only Once. If Cancelled Before 48 Hours Total of Session fees Less $50.00 booking fees will be refunded.

Social Media Promotion, Marketing & Photo Copyright Policy

We retain all the non-exclusive rights of all photos until the Photo release & hence all/some of the image may be use or reproduce for Social Media websites/Our websites for self-promoting, competitions or review purposes. However, we do care about your Privacy & your personal details will not be shared/disclosed by tagging the photos unless requested by a client. If you do not wish us to use your Images for Marketing & social Media Platforms, please let us know however we do suggest that we might not be an Ideal photographer for you as we would love to showcase our beautiful work on Social Media Platforms from where we get Majority of our Business/Clientele.
